I have always had a passion for collaboratively helping others to thrive.
I started my therapeutic journey over 25 years ago, working with children and young adults with neurodivergence and disabilities through organizations like Issaquah Parks and Rec, UW Autism Center, Bellevue College, and De Colores Arts. I built this foundation with a Psychology degree from the University of Puget Sound in 2003, focusing on Music and Occupational Therapy.

I strongly believe that to thrive is to honor all of the layers of self:

Bio-psycho-social-spiritual.

My own experiences with disability inspired me to become a certified yoga teacher in 2011 through Eight Limbs Yoga in Seattle. I also specialized in areas like Yoga for Children with Autism, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and completed 100 hours of Yoga Therapy training through Purusha Yoga School in 2019.

Living well is to find joy and expression in life!

I'm also a lifelong musician and love incorporating music into both performance and therapy. I’ve completed Music Therapy seminar certifications, which I use in individual and group sessions to explore the power of voice and community music-making. I’ve performed professionally with groups like Seattle Opera, Opera on Tap, and Stanford University, and I believe in the power of the arts to help people connect, express, and grow.

A multidimensional awareness leads to deeper integration.

My passion for therapy, healing practices, and music led me to earn a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University in 2024. This degree deepened my understanding of the human experience and allowed me to integrate my specialties under one concept: Somatics. By connecting our inner and outer worlds, past experiences, and beliefs, I offer a powerful approach to help clients achieve holistic health and wellness.
